Welcome to Living Faith: "A Breath of fresh A.I.R."

Authenticity with other believers. Intimacy with God. Responsibility in serving the community.

We are a community of believers who seek to meet the challenges of real life by connecting to a real faith.

What We Believe

We believe the Bible is the inspired, trustworthy, and authoritative Word of God, guiding our faith and daily living.

Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12

We believe in one true God, eternally existing in perfect love, power, and holiness, who created and sustains all things.

Scripture: Genesis 1:1; Isaiah 45:5; Psalm 90:2

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who lived a sinless life, died for our sins, and rose again.

Scripture: John 1:1,14; Romans 5:8; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

We believe the Holy Spirit is God present with us, empowering believers, guiding us into truth, and transforming our lives.

Scripture: John 14:26; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22-23

We believe in one God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—equal in nature and distinct in person.

Scripture: Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14

We believe humanity was created in God’s image with dignity and purpose, designed for a relationship with Him.

Scripture: Genesis 1:26-27; Psalm 8:4-5

We believe sin has separated humanity from God, bringing brokenness and death into the world.

Scripture: Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23

We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace received through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by our works.

Scripture: Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:16

We believe baptism is an outward expression of an inward transformation, symbolizing new life in Christ.

Scripture: Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, grow in faith, and share His love with the world.

Scripture: Acts 2:42-47; Ephesians 4:11-13

We believe Jesus Christ will return again in power and glory to fulfill God’s purposes and establish His kingdom.

Scripture: Acts 1:11; Revelation 22:12

We believe every person will spend eternity either in the presence of God or separated from Him.

Scripture: John 14:2-3; Matthew 25:46

Our Distinctives

These are the theological positions that differentiate us from other churches in the area that have similar core beliefs
Baptism

Baptism is an outward declaration of a promise made to Christ, utilizing water as a symbol of spiritual purification, rebirth, and dedication.

Communion
Communion honors Christ's death, burial, and resurrection. The bread represents His body. The wine represents His blood. When believers gather, Christ is with them. LFCC shares communion on the first Sunday of every month.
Men and Women

Men and women, created in the image of God, are absolutely equal in essence, dignity, and value, and are distinct by divine design. As part of God’s good, created order, men and women are to have different yet complementary roles and responsibilities in the home and church

Marriage and Sexuality

We believe the Bible defines marriage as one man, one woman, for life. We further believe that intimate sexual activity is a sacred gift of God and intended to be celebrated only between a man and a woman who are married to each other.
